House redevelopment in New Jersey
This spacious house located in Tenafly, New Jersey, consists of two above-ground levels and a basement divided between a technical room, and an annex flat.
The clients requested an update on the internal distribution and the aesthetic preservation of the original French-style fronts, which were built during the 1950s.
However, an adjacent building body lent itself to an addition of a contemporary element to the original body, creating a contrast with it.
The different distribution proposals have also led to outward changes in the large outdoor space; among other things: a vegetable garden above the new extension and a swimming pool surrounded by greenery.
