Terraced House in Feldmoching
This project involved the full refurbishment of a terraced house in Munich, with a complete reorganization of internal spaces and structural adjustments across all levels.
A key element was the development of a double dormer, which expanded the attic to accommodate a new bathroom and a redesigned sleeping area. The process included obtaining building approval for the extension, coordinated and submitted by our office.
On the ground floor, the kitchen was enlarged and relocated, allowing the previous kitchen area to be transformed into a home office. In the basement, a media room with sound insulation and a dedicated meeting space were added.
Selected materials and tailored solutions were applied throughout the project. This work reflects our focus on delivering comprehensive architectural services for clients interested in rethinking single-family homes or undertaking full-scale renovations.
