The exteriors of this property required renovation and development due to deterioration with soil disturbance under the old parking spaces, and invasion of weed roots in the pipes and much of the lot.

The intervention made it possible to rethink the exterior arrangements from an ecological perspective and use natural materials. A new wooden double garage topped with greenery and connected to solar panels replaced the old concrete structure.

A swimming pool surrounded by bushes was built along the east side. Some elements of the pathways were replaced completely and others reinforced with Cor-Ten sheets; recycled materials were used extensively for both metal and brick parts.
