Modern Apartment near Isar and Deutsches Museum

This fully renovated apartment, located near the Isar River and the Deutsches Museum, has been reimagined to meet today’s living standards.

A flexible and open space emerges;  designed to function both as an atelier and a living area. At its heart is a spacious, well-equipped kitchen that encourages interaction and social exchange.

Sliding and pivoting doors allow for fluid movement and support various living scenarios.

During renovation, an original brick wall from the early 1900s was uncovered and now contrasts strikingly with the new concrete-look resin flooring.

Colored accents and a layered lighting concept give the space a multifaceted, contemporary character.
